Nicaraguan National Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Distribute Cocaine and Marijuana on the Darknet

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Eddy Steven Sandoval Lopez, 23, a Nicaraguan national residing in Sacramento, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, U.S. Attorney McGregor W.
